Our Client,  a multinational company  engaged in the manufacture and marketing of consumer products in various product categories namely Insecticides, Repellents, Air Care and Household Cleaners  located in Medan is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills :

 

 

HR Manager MEDAN           ( HRM MEDAN – CF )

 

 

Purpose of the Function:

Responsible for managing the implementation of the human resources management key function including: Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Evaluation & Management, Industrial & Employee Relations, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure the alignment and consistency of implementation with group HR policy and to meet the group HR objectives. 

 

 

Qualifications:

·         University degree in any fields.   

·         Min 5 – 6 years experience in function of HR management (preferable FMCG or Multi National Company).

·         Based in Medan.
