FILO MILD. We are a fast growing consumer goods company looking for highly motivated candidates to be as part of our marketing team as :

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Responsibiliy :

• Manage all the operational area and administration activities;
• empower the team and responsibilities to control/supervise sales activity in order to archieve the sales and marketing department goals;
• Create and implement an effective sales program also evaluate sales and marketing performance;
• ensure all area operation in lin with the standard operational procedure;
• conceptualizing market analysis of regional area;
• conducting research visitations and external survey actively;

Requirement :

• Male, 35-40 years old;
• Honest and able to work under deadline;
• Having min. 5 years experience with equivalent position in Sales and Marketing preferably in consumer goods;
• S1 degree any major from reputable university with GPA min. 3.0;
• having good managerial skills;
