REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Responsibiliy :
- Manage all the operational area and administration activities;
- empower the team and responsibilities to control/supervise sales activity in order to archieve the sales and marketing department goals;
- Create and implement an effective sales program also evaluate sales and marketing performance;
- ensure all area operation in lin with the standard operational procedure;
- conceptualizing market analysis of regional area;
- conducting research visitations and external survey actively;
- Male, 35-40 years old;
- Honest and able to work under deadline;
- Having min. 5 years experience with equivalent position in Sales and Marketing preferably in consumer goods;
- S1 degree any major from reputable university with GPA min. 3.0;
- having good managerial skills;
