Our Client,  Atlas Copco Indonesia (www.atlascopco.com) is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills :

 

 

Area Manager – General Industry          (AM GI - ACTA -ACI)

 

Mission

·         Drive strategic market developments for all sales channels to increase market share and profitability.

·         Handle Project Sales and negotiations, appoint, develop and monitor progress of agents and distributors.

·         Lead the Product Marketing functions of Atlas Copco tools and assembly systems (ACTA)

 

Job Description

·         Product responsibility for Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly systems :-

o   Maintain close relationship with the General Industry Division to develop and implement business marketing plans to achieve divisional budgets

o   Product costing and pricing

o   Sales support and product training in Indonesia

o   Work closely with Business Line Manager and Product Manager in Thailand to develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns in Indonesia.

 

·         Sales Responsibility & Coverage: Market development

o   Ensure optimal and efficient territory coverage for Indonesia, along with the principles of a lean, efficient organizational structure.

o   Assessing the business potential of the ACTA products with each customer segment through territory mapping of the machine population.

o   Review and evaluate quotations and lost order reports to ensure that each quote is given its best opportunity to be translated to orders

o   Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

o   Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning

o   Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

 

·         Distributor management

o   Manage relationship with the distributors ensuring that a business development plan is in place.

o   Extend distributors network to non traditional areas

o   Formulation of pricing strategies and distribution channel analysis & development

o   All sales activities related to distributors / agents

o   Sales performance of distributors / agents and project sales

o   Lead and motivate the Distributors ensuring individual professional growth of each member so that they are equipped with the required competencies and attitude to deliver at their highest possible levels.

 

Requirements

·         Male/Female, Max age 40 years old

·         4-5 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in sales and marketing of industrial equipment.

·         University - majoring Electro, Machine

·         English is a MUST

·         Have driver license

·         Willing to travel

·         Able to operate computer MS Word, Excel and Power Point

·         Good interpersonal skill

·         Good in communication

·         Good in leadership

·         Positive attitude

·         Special skills in sales presentation and negotiation and territorial management.
